In this article, you will get acquainted with the following information:
In this section, you can update your personal information essential for full utilization of BrandWizard products. For example, your email is necessary for sending feedback reports. There is also an option to set up additional data protection to prevent unauthorized access by third parties.
On the Profile page, you can:
- Enter personal information (name, surname, phone number, email, nationality, time zone).
- Change your password.
- Configure two-factor authentication.
- Choose the interface language.

Personal information and account deletion
In the Personal Information section, the following details are displayed: name, surname, email, phone number, citizenship, and time zone. You can update this information if necessary. Additionally, you can give your consent to receive promotional and informational newsletters from BrandWizard.

After making any changes, be sure to click the Update info button.

To delete your account, use the corresponding button located in the bottom right corner of the page.

To confirm account deletion, you will need to enter your personal account password and click OK. After the deletion is complete, all your data will become unavailable.
Password change
To change your password, enter your current password, then specify a new password and confirm it by repeating it in the Repeat new password field. After filling out all the fields, click the Change Password button.

Two-factor authentication
Two-factor authentication is necessary for additional protection of the account from unauthorized access to it. If unauthorized persons find out the login or password of the account, they will be able to freely access company data. However, if two-factor authentication is enabled, then when trying to gain access to the account, you will need to enter an additional 6-digit code, which only the owner has access to. This code is generated by the Google Authenticator or Twilio Authy application every 30 seconds.

To set up two-factor authentication, you need to:
- Download the Google Authenticator app (android, ios) or Twilio Authy (android, ios).
- Scan the QR code using the app or enter the key manually.
- Enter a 6-digit code from the application in the Authentication Code field and click on Enable two-factor authentication.

Language
To change the language in your personal account, you should click on the field and select the desired language from the drop-down list.

Then click on Update in the pop-up box for correct operation of the personal account.
