This section contains basic information on all companies: name, address, branch code, rating, statuses of sending data to catalogs, license validity period. Here it is possible to add a new location and edit all the data in one click.
On the My companies page you can:
- Filter companies in the top filter by group, brand, country, region, city, street, company name and branch code.
- Find out what rating companies have.
- Check the synchronization statuses of companies across Yandex, Google, and 2GIS (URBI) catalogs.
- Select companies to edit the data. You can select several companies and massively edit information in them, for instance, change the opening hours, payment methods or logo.
- Add a new company to your personal account.
The statuses of data submission are displayed in the columns for the directories (Yandex, 2GIS (URBI), Google). They can be as follows: Action Required, Data Sent, Synchronized, On Moderation, and No License for the Company.
No License is displayed in cases where:
- If the company’s subscription has expired or there is none.
- If a license for synchronization with this catalog has not been purchased.

Clicking on the status Action Required will take you to the page for linking the company to the catalog. You can find more information about this in the documentation:

How to add/edit company data?
- To add a new company, you need to click on Add Company in the upper right corner of the page. The Create Company page will open.
- To edit the company data, you need to click on the Edit icon in the Action column of the selected company row. The Edit Company page will open.

The number in the circle above the Edit icon indicates that the company's information is incomplete. When you hover the mouse cursor over it, a window will appear showing which data is missing.

How to do a bulk editing of companies?
You can edit data in all companies in one click. To do this:
- Select the necessary companies.
- Then click on Edit Selected.

A window will open for selecting fields for bulk editing. Select the fields where you need to change the information, and click on Apply.
There may be an Adding Allowed icon next to the fields for selection. This means that you can add data to this field of selected companies without replacing existing ones.
Where this icon is not available, you can only modify the information.
After selecting, the required fields for editing will appear on the page, in which you should enter the information for adding or replacing.
There is a note next to the field name:
- Add to Selected Companies means that you can add new data in this field, not replacing the already existing. Next to it is the edit icon; by clicking on it, you can change the field type to Replace in selected companies.
- Replace in Selected Companies means that in this field you can only replace the existing data with the new one.

To save the entered information, click on Update Information.
Then click on Confirm changes.
How to import/export company data?
You can check and import company data via a feed or file, as well as export data in .csv format. To do this, click on Import and Export. In the opened window, select the necessary action. You can learn more about import and export in the articles:

How to filter companies?
Companies can be filtered using the top filter. More details about it are described here.
You can filter companies by their binding statuses to Yandex, 2GIS (URBI), and Google catalogs. To do this:
- Click on the filter icon.
- Select the status: action required, synchronized, data sent.
- Click OK.

You can also filter companies by ascending/descending order of name, branch code, rating, and the date until the company's license is active:
- To sort in ascending order, click on the field: Title/Branch Code/Rating/Active Until.
- To sort in descending order, click on the field twice.
How is a closed and temporarily closed company displayed?
If the company is closed, then on the My Companies page in the list of companies:
- The Closed status will be set in the Action column.
- The address will be displayed in gray.
- When you hover the mouse cursor over the address, The company is permanently closed window will appear.
If the company is temporarily closed, the address will be displayed in orange in the list of companies, and when you hover the mouse cursor over it, The company is temporarily closed window will appear.
