In this section, you can add new users in the required roles and assign them specific access to individual companies, groups of companies (for example, by regions), and brands.

Attention! This section will not be available to employees with Reputation Manager and Observer access. 

What roles exist in the personal account can be found here.

To open this page, click on Settings in the menu and select Users from the drop-down list.

In this section, you can:

  • Add users and assign them roles in the personal account.
  • Select the companies to which employees will have access.    
  • Edit or delete a user.

Your email and the assigned role will be displayed on the page.

Next, the number of users created by you will be displayed. In addition, the number of currently available user licenses and the initially purchased licenses will be displayed, i.e. how many there were in total.
