Users

In this article, you will get acquainted with the following information:


In this section, you can add new users, assign them appropriate roles, and grant them access to specific companies, corporate groups (for example, by region), and brands. You can also modify user information or delete users if necessary.

Attention! This section will be unavailable to employees with Reputational Manager and Observer access. You can find out what roles exist in the personal account here.

To access this section, click on Settings in the menu and select Users.

 

 

The page displays your email address and the role assigned to you. It also shows the number of users you have created, the number of available licenses for creating users, and how many were initially purchased.

 

 


 

How to add/edit users?

 

To create a user, click the Add users button. To edit a user, click the edit icon in the users list. The Add/Edit user page will open. You can learn more here.

 

 


 

What is displayed in the list of users?

 

After creating users, they will be displayed on the main page. 
  1. If you have been assigned the Owner role, all users will be displayed in the list. 
  2. If the Administrator role is assigned, all users will be shown, but you can only edit and delete those that were created by you.
The following data is displayed in the list: 
  • Email. The name and email of the user. If the user was created recently and has not yet clicked on the link in the email or registered in the personal account, the brand name will be displayed.
  • The role that was assigned to them:  
    • Owner. 
    • Administrator.  
    • Reputation Manager. 
    • Observer. 
      The Owner role gives the user access to all companies and all sections, including the ability to manage other users.

  • The companies to which the user has access.
  • The brands to which the user has access.
  • Status:  
    • Active - the user has registered via the invitation link.
    • Waiting - the user has not yet clicked on the link that was sent after adding them and has not registered.  
    • Blocked
  • Added - the date the user was added.
  • Added by - the email of the employee who created this user.
  • Last activity - the date and time of the user's last login to the personal account.
  • Created - the date when the user was added. 
  • Actions: edit and delete the user.

 

 

Employees in the list can be filtered by role and status. To do this, click on the filter icon in the corresponding field, select the desired option and click OK.

 

 


 

How to delete a user?

 

To delete a user, click on the corresponding icon in the list in the required field.
