In this section, it is possible to configure sending auto-replies to certain reviews. They will be applied to reviews of selected companies, sources, with a certain rating, on specified days, etc.
On the Auto-replies page you can:
- View the list of rules
- View the number of available auto-replies.
- Enable a rule
- Edit a rule
- Add a new rule
To go to the Auto-Replies page, in the menu click on Reviews Management, then choose Auto-Replies from the drop-down list.
The Auto-Replies page opens. At the top of the page you can see the number of auto-replies available. When you click on Total Auto-Replies Left, the drop-down list displays the mail to which auto-replies are credited.
Attention! If the auto-responses are assigned to the brand owner, the balance will be visible to all users. However, if the auto-responses are assigned to a specific user, only that user will be able to check the balance.
The List of rules is a table with the following columns:
- Title (the name of the rule for an auto-reply).
- Type (permanent or temporary, specified when creating the rule).
- Validity period (until which date the rule will be valid). The date is set when creating the rule in the Date Period field. If Infinite validity is set, an Infinity sign will be displayed in the field. How to create a rule can be read here.
- Status (on/off).
- Actions (edit, delete).
How to create/edit a rule?
To create a rule, click Add Rule. To modify the rule, click the edit icon. The Create/Edit Rule page will open. You can find more information about it here.
How to enable/disable a rule?
You can enable or disable a rule on the create/edit pages. More details can be found here. You can also do this in the rules list by clicking the toggle switch.
To enable or disable multiple rules at once, select them from the list, hover over Actions, and choose Activate selected ones / Deactivate selected ones.
How to delete rules?
To delete a rule, click on the delete icon.
To delete multiple rules at once, select them from the list, hover over Actions, and choose Delete selected.
