In this section, it is possible to configure sending auto-replies to certain reviews. They will be applied to reviews of selected companies, sources, with a certain rating, on specified days, etc.


On the Auto-replies page you can:

  1. View the list of rules

  2. View the number of available auto-replies.
  3. Enable a rule

  4. Edit a rule

  5. Add a new rule

To go to the Auto-Replies page, in the menu click on Reviews Management, then choose Auto-Replies from the drop-down list.  



The Auto-Replies page opens.



At the top of the page you can see the number of auto-replies available. When you click on Total Auto-Replies Left, the drop-down list displays the mail to which auto-replies are credited. 

Attention! If the auto-responses are assigned to the brand owner, the balance will be visible to all users. However, if the auto-responses are assigned to a specific user, only that user will be able to check the balance.
