After creating a publication, it will be displayed in the list section, which is presented in the form of a table with the following columns: Title, Catalogs, Date, Status, Action.

The page Links to the publication on the site will only open when you click on the Title field for the Sent and Deleted statuses. You can find out more about this here.

Near the publication title, an auto-update icon may be displayed. This means that the post is set for periodic automatic updating. To learn how to do this, refer to the documentation in the section Submitting a publication.

Attention! With this setup, the post will be deleted, recreated, and republished in the catalog, thus placing it above previous publications.

Catalogs are shown in the Catalogs column. You can choose them when creating a post.

The catalog may appear in gray in the following cases:

  • If it has not been configured for posting. To do this, go to the Account Settings section. More information can be found here.
  • If posting to this catalog is not available in your region.
  • If errors occurred for all posts that were sent to this catalog.

In the Date column:

  • The date of dispatch is shown.

  • If the post is scheduled, the date selected during creation is displayed.

  • If the post is not immediately sent, the creation date is displayed.

The Status column shows one of several statuses of the post:

  • Draft.

  • Planned.

  • Sent.

  • Deleted.

If the post is in the Draft status, then the Publish, Edit and Delete buttons are available in the Actions column. You can learn more about editing a post here

When you click on View Publication, a page similar to the pages for creating and editing posts will open, but without the ability to change fields. You can learn more about creating/editing here.

How to send a post?

Attention!

  • When sending multiple publications to the Yandex directory, the first one to be displayed will be the one that was sent last. Therefore, the last publication to be displayed will be the one that was sent first.
  • The publication time on the maps in Yandex and in the personal account may differ. This is due to the fact that the personal account is set to the time zone in which the user is located, while on the maps its value is equal to UTC+0.
  • Publications will not be sent to unverified locations for the Google catalog. You can learn how to link and verify your company here.
