In this section you can create, view, edit and delete publications, send them to all available catalogs, as well as schedule their automatic sending and deletion for a certain time.

Google's catalog has its own rules for content placement. You can learn more about them here.

On the Posts page you can:

  1. Add a new post.

  2. View the list of posts (status, catalogs where it is posted, date of posing).

  3. View scheduled,sent, and scheduled for deletion posts.

  4. View posts for a specific month and year.

  5. Filter posts.

  6. View, edit and delete a post.

To open the Posts page, you need to click on Posts in the menu box. 

 

 

If you have not yet purchased a license for this functionality, a page will open where you can activate a free trial period for 14 days. To do this, click on Try for free

 

 

A window will open indicating the duration of the trial period. Click on Turn on

How to add/edit a publication?

 

To add a publication, click on the corresponding button. You can learn more about creating a post here.

To edit publications, click the Edit icon. It will be available only for posts with the status Sent, Draft, or Scheduled.

Attention! It is impossible to edit and delete posts through the personal account for the Instagram catalog!

 


 

What data about the created publications are presented in the section?

 

After creating a publication, it will appear in the section in a list, which is presented in the form of a table with the following columns:

  • Title. The page Links to the publication on the site will only open when you click on the Title field for the Sent and Deleted statuses. You can find out more about this here.
  • Catalogs for which the post was created. The catalog may appear in gray in the following cases:
    • If it has not been configured for posting. To do this, go to the Account Settings section. More information can be found here.
    • If posting to this catalog is not available in your region.
    • If errors occurred for all posts that were sent to this catalog.
  • Date. The date of the post's submission is displayed.
    • If the post is scheduled, it shows the date it will be sent to the catalog.
    • If the post has not yet been sent, it displays the creation date.
  • Status:
    • Draft.
    • Planned.
    • Sent.
    • Deleted.
  • Actions (publish, copy, view, edit, delete, update). The availability of actions varies depending on the post's status.

    • The Update button refreshes the date of an existing publication, making it easier for you to manage the relevance of content in the catalog.
    • When you click on View Publication, a page similar to the pages for creating and editing posts will open, but without the ability to change fields.

    Attention! 

    • It is not possible to edit or delete a post for the Instagram catalog through the personal account!
    • Update button is not available for Google catalog posts with the type Offer.

 

 

Near the publication title, an auto-update icon may be displayed. This means that the post is set for periodic automatic updating. To learn how to do this, refer to the documentation in the section Submitting a publication.

Attention! With this setup, the post will be deleted, recreated, and republished in the catalog, thus placing it above previous publications.

 

 


 

How to filter posts?

 

To filter posts, click on the Filters icon. 

 

 

The filters window will open on the right side of the page. 

 

 

To filter by source, click on the Select Sources field and select the necessary from the drop-down list.

 

 

To filter by status, click on the Select Statuses field and select the desired one from the drop-down list.

 

 

To filter by time, click on Time Period. Select the desired start/end dates from the drop-down list and click Ok

 

 

Then click on the Apply button.

 

 


 

How to make a copy of an existing publication?

 

If you need to make a copy of an already created publication, click on the copy icon for that post. The Create post page will open with the fields pre-filled. You can make changes to the settings if necessary.

 

 


 

How to send a post?

 

Attention! Publications will not be sent to unverified locations for the Google catalog. You can learn how to link and verify your company here.

The send button in the section is available for posts with the Draft status.

 


 

After that, a window will open displaying the number of selected companies and posts to be sent. Next to the post data, there may be an information icon. Hovering over it will display a notification that some of the selected companies do not have permission to make posts. 

 

 

If there are no problems, click on Confirm.

 

 


 

How to delete a post?

 

To delete a post from the catalog, click on the Delete icon.

Attention! It is not possible to delete a post for the Instagram catalog through the personal account!

 

 

A window will open, in which you should click on Delete.

 

 

After this, the publication will be removed from the catalogs, and the status will change to Deleted. To remove this publication from your personal account, you need to click on the Delete icon.

 

 

A publication in Draft status can be immediately deleted from the personal account. To do this, click on the Delete icon.

 

 

A window will open where you should click on Delete.
