In this article, you will get acquainted with the following information:

In this section you can set linking of the companies to Google, Facebook catalogs and see their current synchronization status. It also shows information of whether there is a discrepancy between the sent data and the data in the sources.

On Sources page you can:

  • See sending statuses of the data on your company.
  • Set linking of companies to Google, Facebook.
  • See if there are any discrepancies between the sent data and the data in the catalogs.
  • See the navigators to which the data of companies are sent.
  • Go to the company card in the selected source.

To open the page Sources, click Sources in the menu.

The page Sources will open. To display only new companies that have been added in the last 30 days on the page, check the Only new companies box.

From this page, you can go to the section for adding catalog accounts. They are necessary for linking companies. To do this, click on Account Settings. You can learn more about this page here. You can also link accounts later in the synchronization process.

To view the company card in the selected source, click on the link icon.

Next to the locations in the Yandex catalog, a blue checkmark may appear, indicating that the information is confirmed by the owner. More details about the blue checkmark and the conditions required to obtain it are described here.

Our system automatically checks your information for relevancy and confirms it as needed to maintain the blue checkmark.
Attention! If a company has fewer than 3 photos or 3 entries in the price list, this needs to be supplemented.

You will receive a systematic notification in your personal account weekly regarding the number of companies that have been updated by us and which companies require additional information.

What status can the catalog bindings have?

The status column displays information about the company's bindings.

The Action Required status means that the company is not linked to the catalog. If, in addition to this status, the Confirm status is also displayed, it means that the company has already undergone linking and only needs to be confirmed.

The status Synchronized is set if the main data being sent matches what is displayed in the catalog:

  • Name.
  • Address.
  • Working hours.
  • Phone number.
  • Open/closed status.

The status Data sent is displayed when a discrepancy is found between the submitted primary data and what is displayed in the catalog. For example, if the working time is specified, it means that the working time that is being sent does not correspond to the working time data in the catalog. If the company data has been sent to the catalog, but has not yet been posted there, then there will be No Discrepancies.

If a request for mass confirmation has been sent for the company, in addition to the status Data sent, the Confirmation requests will be displayed. Clicking on it will open the Unverified companies page, where you can view information about the requests. More details can be found here.

Attention! The information sign will not be displayed in navigators, as we do not receive feedback regarding whether this information has been accepted and published by the source itself. Additionally, we cannot guarantee that such navigators will publish the data we have submitted.

If the company is hidden on Yandex maps, the corresponding status will be displayed on the page. More details about this can be found here.

The Unsupported region status may be displayed. This status is shown when a region has not yet been created on the maps. It is most commonly displayed for the 2GIS (URBI) catalog. More information about which countries and cities are not supported in this service can be found here.

The following statuses may also be displayed in the column for Google catalog only:

  • On Moderation means that the company's data is confirmed and will be published after verification within 3 days.

  • Suspended means that the company was suspended by Google due to failure to meet the catalog requirements. Learn more about it here.
