In this section, you can find information about your active tariffs, limits, and statuses of additional products. You can request an upgrade of your tariff, purchase licenses and additional products, activate a trial period, and get information about trials, bonus periods, and limits.
You can view and compare all tariffs here.
You can access this section through the main side menu, by clicking on Tariffs and Limits, or by clicking on the Tariffs button in the page header.
On the page, in the left block, your tariff, its validity period, and brands will be displayed.
If you have multiple tariffs, you can select the desired one from the dropdown list.
Active trial licenses
The Active trial licenses block displays licenses that are connected in trial mode, bonus licenses, and those that have already expired their trial period.
Attention! If you have never connected trial licenses, this block will not be displayed.
Bonus licenses will be connected if, for example, a new product was connected in trial mode, and you encountered problems with it and were unable to use it fully.
- If a license displays a period for which it is connected in trial mode, and the Test label is orange, it means the license is active.
- If there is no period and it displays Not Active, it means the validity period has already expired.
To purchase a license, click on the Buy button.
A window will open where you can add a comment, for example, if it is a purchase of a license for automated responses with a limit, you can write "purchase +2000 auto responses". You can leave this field blank and click Activate. A manager will contact you to clarify the details.
After purchasing the licenses, they will be moved to the Licenses with limits or Additional licenses blocks, respectively.
Available trial licenses
The next block displays licenses for which you can activate a trial period.
To do this, click on Activate in the field of the desired license.
Attention! If there are no available trial licenses, this block will not be displayed.
A window will open where you will see the trial period. Click on Connect. A manager will contact you to confirm the details.
After activating the trial license, it will be moved to the Active trial licenses block.
Licenses with limits
This block displays licenses that have limits.
For example, for a license for automated responses, you need to purchase the required number of auto responses. You can purchase a maximum of 2500 such responses.
To purchase the necessary limits, click on Change limit.
A window will open where you can add a comment, for example, "purchase +2000 auto responses", or click on Send application immediately. A manager will contact you to clarify the details.
If you have multiple licenses for functionality connected, you can check the active period for each. To do this, click on the corresponding button.
A window will open displaying the period and the number of limits for each license.
Some active licenses may display the product type or tags.
They depend on what you selected when connecting the license. For example, if you chose to receive notifications only through Telegram and email, then only they will be displayed.
Additional Licenses
This section presents all other licenses for which limits are not provided.
- If the license is already activated, the status will be displayed as Active.
- If the license has not been purchased yet, the status will be displayed as Not Active.
To activate a license, click on Buy.
A window will open where you can leave a comment or click Send application right away. A manager will contact you to clarify the details.
