This section displays questions that are collected from the Google catalog. Here it is possible to answer them from your personal account without going to the source every time.
On the Processing Questions page, you can:

Answer the question.

View the total number of questions, how many answers have been given to them (official and unofficial).

In order to open the Processing Questions section, click on Questions and Answers in the menu.
The Processing Questions page opens.
How to filter the questions?
At the top of the page, you can sort questions by the following filters: Total questions, With an official answer, No official response.
To do this, click on the required one, for instance, With an Official Answer. Only questions that have been officially answered will be shown.
There are also filters on the right side of the page.
To sort the questions by time period, you need to click on the relevant field and select the start and end dates from the drop-down calendar.
To sort by employees who answer questions, click on the Any Employee field and select the desired one from the drop-down list.
How to answer the question?
To answer the question, you need to click on the Reply button.
In the window that appears, write an answer and click on Reply.
Attention! If the text of the response contains a phone number, email, or link, then this response will not be published.
How to go to the source of the question?
To go to the question in the Google catalog, you need to click on the Link to the Source icon.
