In this section, all user requests left on the company page on Facebook, Instagram will be included. You will be able to process them and respond.
To go to the Communication with Clients page, click on the Communication menu and select the corresponding item.
To display user requests on the page and be able to respond to them, it is necessary to link accounts in the Settings section. You can learn more about this here.
On the Communication with Clients page, you can:
- Respond to user requests from Facebook, Instagram.
- Add emojis and upload images to your response.
Attention! The maximum number of characters in the text should not exceed 3075.

After an employee responds to a customer request, he or she becomes responsible for that chat. When hovering over the user icon, the email of that employee will be displayed.
To end the dialogue, click on the three dots in the chat and select Finish chat.
