How to connect Facebook for communication?

In the Communication section, you can receive and respond to personal messages from the brand that clients have left in the group or on the public page via the Message button on Facebook.

To do this, go to the Settings page.

In the menu, click on the Accounts Facebook field. 

Then click on Link Account

A login form page will open. 

Enter your phone number or email, password, and click Log in

Attention! The linking will be done through partner RocketData.

Next, click on the Continue as (profile name) button.

Next, select the companies to which RocketData will have access. Then click Continue.

Next, select the pages that RocketData will have access to. Then click on Continue

After that, the permissions that will be granted to RocketData will be displayed. Click on Save

Then click on Got it

Attention! If the account was once added to the personal area but unlinked for some reason, the steps described below may not appear.You can link it again with the same settings by clicking on Reconnect, or go through all the steps again by clicking on Edit previous settings.

After that, the linked account will be displayed on the personal account page.

To add a group from which messages will be collected, click on the corresponding button in the added account field.

A window will open, where you need to click Add group in the appropriate field. 

The group will be displayed in the list of available groups. 

To start collecting messages from the group, click on the slider. 

To delete a group, click on the corresponding icon in the field. 

To delete an account, click on the corresponding icon in the account field.
