How to set up communication with clients?

To access the settings, click on Communication in the menu and select Settings from the drop-down list.
On the opened page, select the catalog from which requests will be collected.
Select the catalog and click the Link Account button to receive and respond to messages and brand mentions through a group or public page. More details can be found here.
