How to create a group of addresses if you have multiple companies?
First, you need to click on the link business.google.com and log in to your account.
Click on Create Group.

In the window that opens, enter the name (your brand name) of the group and click on Create.

After the address group is created, it is necessary to synchronize the account with the BrandWizard personal account. You can read more on linking the company to Google here . After synchronization, all addresses uploaded to the personal account will be added to this group.
If the locations were added to the Google Business Profile account earlier, then they should be moved to the created address group. To do this, you need:
a) Check the box next to the desired company.
b) Click on Actions.
c) In the drop-down list, select Transfer business.

In the window that opens, click on Select a business group and select the desired group.

Then click on Transfer.
How to create a group of addresses if you have one company?
First, you need to click on the link business.google.com and log in to your account.
Then, in the search, find your company. Your company will be displayed at the very beginning of the Google search results.
Click on the three dots and select Your Business Profiles from the drop-down menu.
An window will appear, click on the three dots and select Linked accounts from the drop-down menu.
The Business Profile Manager will open. Click on Business in the menu.
On the page, click Create group.
