To create a template, click on the Add templates button. To edit, click on the edit icon in the list of templates. The Template creating/editing page will open.
The Template creating/editing page will open. Fields marked with (*) are required.
In the first two fields, enter the title and text of the response template.
In order for the response to automatically display the name of the user whose review needs to be answered, or your name, you need to spell out Substitution Templates at the beginning of the text:
- {% username %} - username.
- {% my_name %} - your name.
Attention! User name may not be displayed, or it will be shown with asterisks (*). This is done because in some countries personal data protection laws prohibit the display of the author.
Next, select the group that the template belongs to. You can find out how to set up template groups here.
- If you want the template to be available for your colleagues, put a checkmark next to Available for command.
- If you want the template to be private (only you can use it), remove a checkmark next to Available for command.
After filling in all the fields, click Save.
You can learn about the Tags page further.
