Templates can be both private (only the user who created them can use them) and team (colleagues who have access to the personal account can use them). On the **Response templates** page you can: 1. View the list of templates. 2. Edit and delete templates. 3. Add new templates 4. Set up template groups To go to the page, click on **Auto-replies** in the menu and select **Response Templates**.   ![](https://roketdata.helpdeskeddy.com/ru/file/kb_inline_image/88025b42af7385f2229778bbf0ec171b3fa6834a)   The **Response templates** page will open, where you can see the template name, the group it belongs to, its type (team or private), and the actions (edit, delete). **Attention!** Every user related to one company and/or brand will be able to see the templates created by other users who have rights to this company/brand. To edit, click on the edit icon in the list of templates. The **Template creating/editing** page will open.
