You can make a copy of the file, fill it out online and send us a link, or download it and fill it out in Excel and also send it to your account manager.

Description of columns
Moreover, you can put some fields in your native language (Brand name, company name, legal name, street, explanation of the address, short/long description).
- *Brand name is entered in English, for instance, Burger King.
- Alternative brand names (up to 5 names). What are alternative names and how to find them can be read here.
- *Company name is what your company will be called on the maps. The company name may match the brand name. Requirements for company names can be read here.
Attention! If you need to specify another name in another language, you can add an Additional Name (en) column in the file - the language code is indicated in parentheses. - *Name in English - the name of your company in English.
- *Active - if the branch is active, write yes. Otherwise no.
- *Closed - if the branch is closed, write yes. Otherwise no.
- *Temporary closed - if the branch is temporarily closed, write yes. Otherwise no.
- Tariff plan - your tariff plan.
- *Branch code is a unique branch number (numeric). You need to assign any number that will be unique for each address.
- Legal name - the legal name of your company without a form of ownership.
- TIN – e.g. LLC, Inc, PLC, etc.
- Full address - the full address of your company. Includes country, city, region. locality, house number/building.
- *Country - the country of location of the branch in full. For instance, Belarus.
- *Region – the region where the branch is located.
- *Locality - for example, Minsk.
- *Street - the full name of the street. Do not write the words st./street. Other designations, for instance, avenue, lane, can be specified.
- *House number and building - number of the building.
- Explanation of the address - for instance, “8th floor, office 1”.
- Postal code - for instance, 222000.
- *Latitude - must be specified with a dot and without spaces (True - 53.155. Not true - 53,155).
- *Longitude - must be specified with a dot and without spaces (True - 53.155. Not true - 53,155).
- Address language - the address language is specified in two-letter format, currently supported: English: en, Russian: ru, Spanish: es, Lithuanian: lt, Polish: pl, Ukrainian: uk. This is used to search for fakes and duplicates, as well as to transfer data to Yandex.
- *Main phone number is the first phone number in the international format.
- Additional phone numbers are additional numbers.
- *Website - link to the Website.
- Groups in social networks – links to groups, separated by commas (sources that can be added: Youtube, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram).

To add several photos to your Google Business Profile, Yandex.Business and 2GIS (URBI) account, list them separated by commas.
Photo requirements:
- Format: JPG, JPEG, PNG.
- Size: from 5 KB to 10 MB.
- Minimum resolution: 720 x 720 pixels.
- Maximum resolution: 3000 x 3000 pixels.
- Quality: the picture should not be blurry or dark. Only minor editing and minimal use of filters are allowed. The image must correspond to the actual appearance of the object.
- *Categories – the number of categories, separated by commas. You can specify up to 5 categories in the list of categories, but it is very important to specify them in the correct order. The first three categories should reflect the essence of your company’s activities as much as possible and further reduce their significance. The list of categories can be viewed here.
- *Working hours - separately for each day of the week. The format should be as follows: 10:30-17:30. If the location has a break, then the format should be like: 09:00-13:00, 14:00-18:00. If there is a day off, then leave the field empty.
Attention! It is important that the working hours do not overlap with the schedule of the following day. For example, the location operates on the following schedule: Mon-Thu: 08:00-01:00, Fri-Sat: 24 hours. The correct format is: Mon-Wed: 00:00-01:00, 08:00-23:59 (or until 00:00), Thu: 08:00-23:59 (or until 00:00), Fri-Sat: 00:00-23:59 (or until 00:00).
- Logo - you need to attach a link to the image. As a cloud for storing photos, you can use the free service https://cloudinary.com/.
- Format: PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF.
- Maximum image size: 10 MB.
- Minimum resolution: 300 × 300 pixels.
- Maximum resolution: 3000 × 3000 pixels.

- Payment: Credit cards - if applicable, fill in yes. Payment by credit cards implies that you can pay with a bank plastic card through the terminal.
- Payment: bank via bank - if applicable, fill in yes. Indicates that an individual can make a payment at the bank’s cash desk.
- Payment: cash - if applicable, fill in yes.
- Payment: non-cash payment - if applicable, fill in yes. Payment by invoice as for legal entities from a current account to a current account.
- Payment: via internet - if applicable, fill in yes, if you can make a payment on the site.
- Short description – up to 200 characters, you cannot add links.
- Full description – up to 500 characters, you cannot add links.
- Special schedule - you can send a temporary (special) working schedule to Google and Yandex. Instructions for registering a special schedule on Google and Yandex can be found here.
For each date with a modified schedule, you need to add a column of a Special Schedule type 2019-12-31 (the date of the special schedule is indicated)
It is possible to specify different data for catalogs. If you want to send information about your company to 2GIS , Google and Yandex that is different than in other catalogs, you must fill in the following fields:
