- In titles, the first word, proper names, and brand names are capitalized. Writing titles in all capital letters (Caps Lock) is not allowed, except in cases where it concerns abbreviations (e.g., MoMA, LSE) or decorative capital letters that are not abbreviations (e.g., AAA-Motors).
All words in titles that are partially or fully written in Latin script or transliterated from Latin (e.g., Alice Carroll, Mad Hatter, Central Mall) should also be capitalized, except when the brand uses lowercase letters (e.g., acme, aLice).

- Working hours and company statuses ("we opened," "former," "temporarily closed," "not operating," "abandoned," etc.) cannot be added to the title.
Exception — the status "under construction." It can be added to the names of large business centers, shopping centers, residential complexes, and stadiums that are under construction. Note that the status "under construction":

- Features of names by type of activity:
- If a company does not have its own name and is designated only by its type of activity, has a narrow specialization, or cannot be clearly described by a category, then the main name is set as the company's specialization or main type of activity (Shoe Repair, Key Making, Zipper Repair, Baggage Payment Counter). In this case, specialization is preferred over the main type of activity (Key Making is preferred over Metal Repair).

- The full version of the name, including organizational and legal forms and lengthy bureaucratic terms, should only be entered in the Legal Data field.
- In the names of state organizations in management, education, and healthcare, short toponyms are allowed. For example, "En District Hospital," "En Administration," "En Evening School" are permitted, but "Department of the Migration Service for the El Region in the Em District of the City of En" is not acceptable.

- If the buildings are far apart in different parts of the city, then the main name of the company (university, hospital, sanatorium) and the building (faculty, department, chair) must be indicated.

- In the main name, all titles and professions of outstanding individuals are written in lowercase (ABC named after Professor I. Smith). - Using only capital letters in the company name is allowed after providing a trademark that explicitly protects this form of writing. The name in capital letters can be added in the full (main) name field. In short names (for the map signature), only the writing of words with a capital letter is allowed, followed by lowercase letters. For example: full name — AUTOBESTSELLER Center, Acme, Yakimanka; short — AutoBestseller, Acme.
- To the full name, you can add the category "used cars" instead of or along with the brand when there are several companies with similar names nearby. For example: AutoBestseller, used cars.
