Used Promo Codes

In this section, promo codes that have been sent to customers and/or are awaiting use are displayed.

To navigate to the page, click on the Used Promo Codes button in the Promo Codes List section.

The List of Sent and Pending Promo Codes will open.

When a customer leaves a review via a QR code, a record will be created in this section.

The promo codes list displays:

  • Name. The name of the promo code created in the Personal Account.
  • Customer Contact. The customer's email and/or phone number provided when leaving a review.
  • Date and Time of Request. The date and time when the customer submitted their review.
  • Status:
    • Awaiting Sending. Displayed when the review is under moderation in the catalog. It may also be displayed if the client did not provide their information. In that case, we cannot send them a promo code.
    • Sent. Displayed:
      • The review appears in the Personal Account (after moderation, the review is published in the catalog and appears in the BrandWizard account after a day).
      • The customer leaves a negative review. It is not sent to the catalogs but goes directly to the Personal Account in the Negative reviews section.
    • Sending Canceled. Displayed upon clicking the Cancel button.
  • Review Link. Displays a link to the review in the catalog. If a negative review is left, which goes directly to the Personal Account, a dash will be displayed in this field.
  • Actions. For the Awaiting Sending status, a Cancel button is displayed.

To cancel the sending of a promo code, click on the Cancel button.

A window will open, click on Cancel.
