In this section, promo codes that have been sent to customers and/or are awaiting use are displayed.
To navigate to the page, click on the Used Promo Codes button in the Promo Codes List section.
The List of Sent and Pending Promo Codes will open.
When a customer leaves a review via a QR code, a record will be created in this section.
The promo codes list displays:
- Company. The name of the company where the review was left.
- Name. The name of the promo code created in the Personal Account.
- Catalog. The icon with a link to the company in the catalog where the review was left.
- Customer Contact. The customer's email and/or phone number provided when leaving a review.
- Date and Time of Request. The date and time when the customer submitted their review.
- Status:
- Awaiting user data. This status is displayed if the user has not yet left a rating and has not completed the survey (the setting Promo code sending moment for a positive/negative review was enabled during survey creation — i.e., a Rating selected in survey). After the survey is completed, the status should automatically change to Sent.
- Awaiting review. This status is displayed if the user has not yet left a review in the catalog (the setting Promo code sending moment for a positive/negative review was enabled during survey creation — i.e., a Review left in catalog). Once the review appears in the user’s account, the status should automatically change to Sent.
Attention! If the review does not appear in the catalog five days after the user completes the survey, the promo code sending is canceled, and the status is changed to Time Expired.

- Sent. Displayed:
- The review appears in the Personal Account (after moderation, the review is published in the catalog and appears in the BrandWizard account after a day).
- The customer leaves a negative review. These reviews are not published on the maps and are immediately collected in our personal account. You can view them in the Reviews section by selecting Review generator in the Source filter.
- Sending Canceled. Displayed upon clicking the Cancel button. It is displayed for the status Awaiting Review.

Time Expired. This message is displayed if the review has not appeared in the catalog five days after the user completed the survey. The promo code sending has been canceled.
- Sent. Displayed:
- Review Link. Displays a link to the review in the catalog. If a negative review is left, which goes directly to the Personal Account, a dash will be displayed in this field.

Actions. For the Awaiting review status, a Cancel button is displayed to cancel the sending of the promo code.
To cancel the sending of a promo code, click on the Cancel button.
The list of promo codes can be filtered based on the clients' contact information.
To export information about promo codes, click on Download data in the upper right corner of the section. The requested report will be sent to your email in .xlsx format, using the email address provided in your profile.
The report contains the following data:
- Promo action name - displays the name of the promo code created in the Personal Account.
- Client name - displays the name of the client provided when leaving a review.
- Client email - displays the email of the client provided when leaving a review.
- Client phone - displays the phone number of the client provided when leaving a review.
- Request date (UTC) - shows the date and time when the client left their review.
- Status - displays the current status of the promo code.
