One way to verify companies in Google is through mass account verification. Your profile will be checked by Google.
After a successful mass binding, all new brand companies created on this account are confirmed without additional actions and are also displayed on the map.
Attention!
In order to bulk verify your business account, you may need to confirm your business existence with video verification. An authorized representative must be at your business profile location. To verify your business with video verification, you can upload a video recording or host a live video call.
The locations must meet the following requirements:
- According to the official website, 10 or more branches of the same company with the same name must be added to the Google Business Profile. The website should contain information about all brand locations.
Attention! If you have difficulties publishing information about your company on your website, you can use our Location Map (Store Locator) service for your website. To find out more about its activation, please contact your personal account manager at BrandWizard. - The account must have at least 1 address in the Requires Action status and there should be no locations in Duplicate/Blocked status.
- There should be no locations with the status Closed permanently and Temporarily closed.
- The company name must comply with Google's requirements, which means that it cannot contain any keywords in the name:
- Words written entirely in capital letters (unless they are abbreviations) or containing extra spaces.
- Special characters (%,&,$,@,/, etc.) and unnecessary legal terms.
- Information about products and services.
- Location information.
- The account should contain profiles of only one business (brand). This means that the categories of activities for each company within the account should be the same.
- Each profile must have its own branch code (there should be no empty fields). The branch code must be unique for each company.
- The same primary category is specified for each location.
Attention! If brand companies have different categories and names, then separate accounts must be created for each category, and the information in them must correspond to other listed rules. - An official website identical for all addresses has been added to the Information section.
- The information in the profiles corresponds to the data on the official website regarding addresses and phone numbers (they must match completely).
Attention! If there is only a call center phone number for contacting the company, an additional number should be added (only one number is displayed on the map, so an additional number will not be published in the company card, but it will allow you to successfully pass mass verification). - Photos of the building facade have been added, taken in such a way that the signboard, logo or sign with the name of your company is visible.
Attention! When adding locations to your account, they must have images that correspond to item 10.
To launch a mass account verification, it is important to comply with all the above items. Our managers check for compliance and provide recommendations for missing data. In addition, you must have an email address registered in the website domain, which Google can use to contact network representatives to confirm the launch of mass account verification.
The following types of companies do not create locations on the map:
- Premises intended for rent or sale (including model homes). However, a page can be created for a real estate agency office.
- Organizations that are not the owner or official representative of the establishment on whose territory they provide services or hold events.
- Agents or companies that search for potential clients.
