When you select a download from a file, the Create Group from File page opens.
Fields marked with asterisk (*) are mandatory.
In the first field, specify the name of the group.
To add locations for which products and prices will be uploaded, you need to click on Select Companies.
In the opened window, select the desired companies from the list and click Finish.
To find the desired company, you can use the search field by name or address, as well as filters by brands and groups.
You can view the already selected companies to understand which locations are still missing. To do this, check the box for Show only selected companies.
If the necessary companies were sorted in the top filter, they can be selected by clicking on Select from common filter. More information about this filter can be found here.
To select the catalog to which products and prices will be uploaded, click on the Services field and choose the desired source from the drop-down list. In this field, you can select multiple services.
For the Yandex catalog, products must comply with publication rules and must not violate the User Agreement of Yandex services. The service does not publish price lists that contain prohibited:
- Products:
- - Alcohol;
- - Weapons;
- - Tobacco products, electronic cigarettes, and tobacco heating systems.
- Topics:
- Political content;
- Threats, insults, and obscenities;
- Shocking content (e.g., insects used as animal feed);
- Extremism, violence, and cruelty;
- Erotica and pornography.
- Or include:
- Personal data;
- Phone numbers;
- Links in text and on images.
If the Google Business Profile source has been selected, the Product Group Type field will be displayed. When clicked, a drop-down list opens in which you can select:
- Services.
- Menus. Attention! It is impossible to upload a menu for companies in the category of Deli!
Attention! At the moment, only downloading services and menus are available in Google Business Profile. You can download no more than 100 services. An error may also be displayed if it is impossible to find overlapping categories in Google for the selected locations. You should select companies with similar activities.

If after creating the first group, which had 100 services uploaded, you add a second group, select a different category, and upload another 100 services, the services from the first created group will be deleted, leaving only the services from the second group!

If, for instance, 50 services were added in the first group, and 70 in the second, then the loading will occur as follows: all 50 services for the first category and only 50 services from the second will be loaded, a total of 100 services will be obtained. But only the name of the second category will be taken into account, i.e. it will be assumed that all services have been downloaded from the last group with the corresponding category.
The Google service category field will be displayed if Services is selected in the Product Group Type, and Google Business Profile is selected in Services. This field will be clickable only if the necessary companies are selected.
Click on the field and select the desired categories from the drop-down list.
Next, download the file. To do this, you need to download a template.
You need to fill out the template.
Attention! You cannot swap columns and rename them! Otherwise, the price list will not be uploaded to the sites.
Mandatory fields to fill in:
a) The main category (if you need to upload to Google). The text of the categories is free, i.e. there are no rules for writing.
Attention!
When selecting the Product Group Type - Services field, the category specified in the Google Services Category field will be taken into account as the main one.
b) Category (if uploading to Yandex is required). The text of the categories is free, i.e. there are no rules for writing.
Attention! If a Menu has been selected in the Product Group Type field, then both the main category and the non-main category will be taken into account for Google.
c) Type (food or services/goods).
d) Name.
e) Description:
- For the Yandex directory, the description text must not exceed 3000 characters.
- For the Google directory - 300 characters.
- When uploading data to both directories simultaneously - 300 characters.
f) Price.
Attention!
- You cannot specify a price range, for example, 50-250 USD.
- For the Service type, you can upload products without specifying the price. To do this, leave the Price and Currency fields blank.
g) Currency. The prices can only be added in one currency in Yandex. Our system accepts currencies according to the ISO 4217 standard. You can view the list of currencies according to the standard here.
h) Image. It is necessary to provide a direct link to the image. Only links of the form https://static.tildacdn.com/tild3862-3732-4134-b134-313631313637/photo.svg are accepted. The image format must be specified at the end. You can use the free service https://cloudinary.com/ as a cloud storage for photos.
- Format: JPG or PNG.
- Size: no more than 10MB.
- Minimum resolution: 320 × 240 pixels.
- Maximum resolution: 5000 × 5000 pixels.
- It is necessary to add a photo for 3 or more positions in the category, otherwise the products and services of this category will be published in the profile without a photo.
- For each category in the profile, no more than 10 positions with photos need to be published. The rest of the positions in the category are published without photos.
i) Link. It is necessary to add a link to the product that corresponds to the photo in the Image column.
Next, click on Upload and select the desired file.
Attention!
- Verifying the products before sending can take up to several hours.
- The file size for the Yandex catalog should not exceed 15MB.
After filling in all the fields, click on Save.
The file will be sent for validation. If it is successful, the prices will be sent to the catalog. Changes in products and prices are sent to sources daily. Then they undergo moderation on the catalog itself.
