Actions in Conversation | How to assign an agent, set a team, assign priority, and add a label

In this article, you will learn about the following:


On the right side of the conversation sidebar, there are tools for managing the conversation: assign an agent, set a team, specify priority, and add a tag. To perform these actions, click on the Conversation Actions section. The relevant fields will open, allowing you to make the necessary changes.

 

 


 

How to assign an agent?

 

Click on the Assigned Agent field and select the responsible agent from the dropdown list.

 

 


 

How to assign a team?

 

Click on the Assigned Team field and choose the responsible team from the dropdown list.

 

 


 

How to set a priority?

 

Determine the conversation’s priority and select it from the list. If the issue needs to be resolved as quickly as possible, choose Urgent. Otherwise, you can set it to Low.

 

 


 

How to add a conversation label?

 

Click Add Labels to choose from existing tags or create new ones. You can learn more about tags here.
