How can I upload substitution numbers to my BrandWizard account?

Phone numbers can be uploaded in the following ways:    

  • Manually (directly in the personal account).    
  • Using an Excel file (with subsequent manual changes through the personal account or through a file).    
  • Using integration via a json/xml feed.

How can I view call tracking statistics?

Statistics are collected for all phone numbers together, i.e. there is no division into regular numbers and call tracking. You can view call statistics in the personal account in the Online Presence section.

How can I add different substitution numbers to directories?

For each directory, you can set up your own phone number. This can be done when creating or editing a company in the BrandWizard personal account. More information can be found here and here. You can learn how to add a phone number for a specific directory here.
