Why does Yandex convert companies to "online" and request video confirmation
Yandex cannot definitively determine if an offline organization complies with publication rules, so it converts it to "online" and requests video confirmation from the company. Yandex may request such confirmation for any card you have already added to Yandex Business (meaning you have already verified your rights to it via SMS or a call).
How to submit a video?
Go to your personal account in Yandex Business, go to the Businesses section, and select the location that needs to be confirmed.
After that, click on Yandex.Maps in the Your business in Yandex section.
A form will open where you need to fill in the required fields and add a link to the video. After that, click Send.
Attention! The video should include: the building facade with the address, a sign with the name of your company, and the interior of the office. The shooting should be continuous.
In 3-5 days, Yandex moderators will review the application and confirm your location.
