In this section, it is possible to create response templates with which you can quickly respond to reviews in one click. Templates can be both private (only the user who created them can use them) and team (colleagues who have access to the personal account can use them).
On the Response templates page you can:
- View the list of templates.
- Edit and delete templates.
- Add new templates
- Set up template groups
To open the Response templates page, click on Reviews management in the menu box, then select Response Templates from the drop-down list.
The Response templates page will open, where you can see the template name, the group it belongs to, its type (team or private), and the actions (edit, delete). will open.
Attention! Every user related to one company and/or brand will be able to see the templates created by other users who have rights to this company/brand.
How to create/edit a template?
To create a template, click on the Add templates button. To edit, click on the edit icon in the list of templates. The Template creating/editing page will open. You can learn more about them here.
How to set up template groups?
You can categorize your templates into groups (categories) to make it easier to find them later in the section or when responding to a review. To do this, click on Set up groups.
The Template groups page will open, where you should click on Add group.
In the line of the group list that appears, enter the name of a new group and click on click Save.
To change or delete a group, click on the edit/delete icons.
To delete multiple groups at once, select the necessary ones from the list, hover over Actions, and click on Delete selected.
How to filter templates?
To filter templates by group, in the Group column click on the Filter icon. In the dropdown window, put a checkmark next to the selected groups, then click on OK.
To filter templates by type, in the Type column click on the Filter icon. In the dropdown list, put a checkmark next to the necessary type and click on OK.
How to change the type for multiple templates at once?
The template type can be set on the Template creating/editing page. You can also change the type for several templates at once by selecting the templates from the list.
Then, to assign a type, hover the cursor on Actions, hover the cursor over Assign Type in the drop-down list and select the desired type again from the drop-down list:
- To make the template available to the entire team (so that colleagues can use it), select Command.
- If you need the template to be private (only one person can use it), select Private.
How to change the group for multiple templates at once?
The group can be selected on the Template creating/editing page. You can also change the group for several templates at once by selecting the templates from the list.
To move the selected templates to another group, you need to hover the cursor over Actions, hover the cursor over the Move Selected in the drop-down list and select the desired group again from the drop-down list.
How to delete a template?
To delete a template, click on the delete icon in the list of templates.
To delete multiple templates at once, select the desired ones from the list. Then hover over Actions and click on Delete selected.
