How to send, edit or delete the offered autoreply template?
You can set up auto-replies for reviews. Learn more about creation and editing autoreplies here.
- If the test mode was set during the creation/editing of the auto-reply rule, then auto-reply suggestions will be displayed on the reviews page.
- If the test mode was not set, the replies will be sent immediately.
Attention! If the test mode is not enabled but the auto-response option is displayed, it means there was an error in sending them. After some time, the system will automatically resend the responses to the catalogs.
Attention! If you have a zero balance of auto replies, or lack of it, an error will appear.
To edit or delete an auto-response, click on the edit/delete icons.
