If you are experiencing difficulties in confirming rights to the network or location in the BrandWizard personal account, you can transfer management rights for the network or company to Yandex Business (Directory) to the individual email address of your company in BrandWizard (you need to request it from your manager).
To provide access, you need to:
1. Go to the link https://yandex.ru/sprav.
2. Log in with an account that has a confirmed network or company in Yandex.
For a network
1. Go to https://yandex.ru/sprav/companies and select the required network from the list.
2. In the menu on the left, click on Access and on the opened page, click Add.
3. Enter the BrandWizard email provided by your personal manager in BrandWizard and click Add.
4. Inform your manager about the successful provision of access. After this, it will be possible to update company data, collect reviews, and respond to them from the BrandWizard personal account.
For a company
1. Go to https://yandex.ru/sprav/companies and select the required company from the list.
2. In the menu on the left, click on Access and on the opened page, click Add.
3. Enter the BrandWizard email provided by your personal manager in BrandWizard and click Add.
4. Inform your manager about the successful provision of access. After this, it will be possible to update company data, collect reviews, and respond to them from the BrandWizard personal account.
