How to install online chat using Google Tag Manager?

If you use Google Tag Manager on your website, you can install Multichat from the Google Tag Manager dashboard by creating a new tag for Multichat. To set up the Multichat online chat widget, follow these steps.
Step 1. Access the Tag Manager console
Log in to the Tag Manager workspace using your Google account. Click the Add a new tag button on the toolbar.
Step 2. Create a new tag with Tag Configuration settings
A pop-up window for creating a tag will appear. Change the name from Untitled Tag to Multichat or another name convenient for you.
Click Tag Configuration and select the tag type Custom HTML from the list.
Copy the script from the configuration in the website inbox settings in Multichat. Instructions on how to access channel settings can be found here.
Paste the script into the HTML field as shown below. Check the box Support document.write.
Step 3. Configure the trigger
Click Triggering and select All pages from the list.
Click Save to save the tag.
You will see the created tag in the list of changes in the workspace.
Click Submit to deploy the tag.
Enter the version name and click Publish.
