Attention!
- For Google and 2GIS (URBI) catalogs, only photos/videos from the owner can be deleted. For Yandex catalog, media can be deleted both from the owner and from clients.
- The 2GIS (URBI) catalog collects photos/videos from the company’s website. They are considered uploaded by the owner. Such photos/videos cannot be deleted, but a complaint can be submitted.
- If the company is not verified in Yandex, photos/videos from this catalog cannot be deleted, but a complaint can be submitted. You can find out how to verify a company/network in Yandex here.
To begin, click on the By owner tab. Currently, the sorting by By owner filter does not work for videos. When selecting this filter, only photos will be displayed.
- If the photo/video has been deleted in the personal account but has not yet been removed from the catalog, it will be displayed with the status Removed.
- If the photo/video has been deleted in both the personal account and the catalog, a gray icon will be displayed instead.
To delete media, hover your mouse over the photo or video and click on the delete icon in the pop-up window.
You can also delete media directly from the detailed view of the photo or video. To do this, click on the desired photo or video, and on the opened page, click Delete.
To delete multiple photos or videos at once, click Select.
Then select the required photos/videos and click on Delete selected. You can also select all media using the button that is displayed at the bottom of the screen.
You can find out how to view analytics for photos and videos further.
