Attention!
- You can only delete photos/videos from the owner.
- The 2GIS catalog collects photos/videos from the company’s website. They are considered uploaded by the owner. Such photos/videos cannot be deleted, but a complaint can be submitted.
- If the company is not verified in Yandex, photos/videos from this catalog cannot be deleted, but a complaint can be submitted. You can find out how to verify a company/network in Yandex here.
To begin, click on the By owner tab. Currently, the sorting by By owner filter does not work for videos. When selecting this filter, only photos will be displayed.
- If the photo/video has been deleted in the personal account but has not yet been removed from the catalog, it will be displayed with the status Removed.
- If the photo/video has been deleted in both the personal account and the catalog, a gray icon will be displayed instead.
Deletion can be done in 4 ways:
a) Hover over the photo/video and click on the delete icon in the pop-up window.
b) Hover over the photo/video and click on the flag icon in the pop-up window. Then click on the Delete button that appears.
c) Click on the desired photo/videos and on the opened Photo Info/Video Info page, click on Delete.
d) In this method, you can delete multiple photos/videos at once. To do this, click on Select.
Then select the required photos/videos and click on Delete selected. You can also select all media using the button that is displayed at the bottom of the screen.
