How to create promotional materials with a QR code?

In this article, you will get acquainted with the following information:

With this tool, you can mass-produce generated QR codes to place on various promotional materials—such as flyers, card layouts, T-shirts, and other graphic materials. The tool allows creating multiple copies of the original layout, each containing a unique QR code.

Methods of generating promotional materials

First method — generation for a single set of QR codes

To do this, open the context menu (three dots) next to the desired QR code set and select Create promo materials.

Second method — generation for multiple sets of QR codes

Click the Select button at the top of the page, mark the desired sets, and then click Create promo materials in the bottom menu.

Use the buttons in the center to select sets.

After clicking the Create promo materials button, you will be redirected to a page where you can upload a graphic layout and place the QR code on it.

Layout file requirements:

  • Formats: .jpg, .png, .jpeg.
  • Maximum size: 10 MB.
  • Minimum resolution: 60×60 pixels.

After uploading the layout, you can:

  • Move the QR code to the desired position on the layout.
  • Resize the QR code.

When the layout is ready, click the Generate promo materials button. Two ZIP files will be sent to your email: one with the ready-made layouts for each QR code from the selected sets and another with universal (multi) QR codes.

Attention!

  • If you use a large file and generate a large number of layouts (several thousand or more), the generation process may take up to 30 minutes.

  • Links and files will be available for 7 days!

What will be in the archives?

  1. In the first ZIP file, you will receive ready-made images with the filename template: SetID-StoreCode-Address-QRCODEID.
  2. In the second ZIP file, you will receive unified (multi) QR codes for each set: SetID-Universal-QR.

Each image will represent your original layout with an overlaid unique QR code. The format of the exported files will match the format of the uploaded layout.
