To be able to respond to reviews from the Play Market, you need to add a new user in the Play Console.
You can find the complete instructions on the Google Developers website.
- First, log in to the Play Console.
- In the Play Console, select Users and Permissions, then Invite new users.
- To add a new user, enter the email address play_market@brandwizard.io and specify an expiration date for access if necessary. Make sure you have all the administrator rights at the account level.
- Note: Invited users can only use the email address you specified to log in to the Play Console. If you do not set an expiration date for access to the Play Console account or application, it will be permanent. To ensure continuous access for BrandWizard to respond to reviews, it is recommended not to specify an expiration date. In the event of termination of the contract with BrandWizard, all information accumulated during the work, including access tokens, will be deleted in accordance with the parties' obligations upon termination of the contract.
- On the App permissions tab or Account permissions, you need to select the permission for Responding to Reviews.
- To add an application to the permissions table, on the App permissions tab, click Add app, and then Apply.
- Select Invite User.
