      Google verification via real-time video meeting with BrandWizard

      When confirming a company on Google via video meeting with the help of our manager, you need to make a call with a BrandWizard employee and Google to confirm the actual location of your business.

      The call will be in real-time, and you may need to show a sign with the building number, a signboard, and any areas that only your company's employees can enter.

      A BrandWizard representative initiates a meeting with a Google employee, coordinating with you beforehand and sending a link for your employee to join. This employee must be located at the address that needs to be confirmed.

      To conduct the meeting, the employee on your side must complete the following steps:

      • Have the Google Meet app installed on their phone.
      • Sign in to the Google Meet app using any Google account.
      • Either from our side or yours, there must be a way to contact the employee to provide them with the meeting link.

      To install Google Meet, follow these steps:

      1. Find the official app on Google Play (for Android) or the Apple Store (for iPhone), it will most likely be the first one on the list. Then click Install. It installs like any other app.
      2. Open the installed app and sign in to your Google account. There may be 2 options:
        • You may be prompted to sign in to the Google account that is already logged in on the device.
        • Either you will need to enter the login and password for the account you plan to use to join the meeting.
      3. Then you need to provide access to the camera and microphone. Access to contacts and enabling notifications is optional.

      After completing all the steps, you will be able to join the call with Google employees. A BrandWizard specialist will send a link to the meeting, which you will need to follow and join. After joining via the link, you will need to wait for the meeting organizer to accept the invitation.

      Communication with Google employees is conducted in English, and we will handle communication during the meeting.
