In the personal cabinet, the option to reply to reviews may be unavailable. You can determine the reasons by paying attention to the statuses displayed next to the reviews:
- Answer unavailable — response from dashboard unavailable. You can try going to the platform and replying there.
- The review has not been confirmed — the review is not verified by the catalog and does not appear in it.
Attention! 2GIS (URBI) catalog reviews can be unverified but still published on the maps. For such reviews, the reply option will be available. - Source account not connected — connect your source account to send responses via BrandWizard. To connect your account, please contact your manager.
- Correct the error for the response account connections — replying through BrandWizard is possible after resolving the connection issue. To resolve issues, please contact your account manager. The reasons may include the following:
- The brand name in your account does not match the one specified in your BrandWizard personal cabinet.
- An incorrect login or password has been entered.
- It is not possible to submit a response to reviews.
- Active account synchronization in progress — sending responses and complaints through BrandWizard will be available after the synchronization process is complete.
- Review without text — it is impossible to reply or report on reviews without text in 2GIS (URBI).
