The list displays the following fields: - **User Tag** - the name of the tag you created. Clicking on the tag name will open the **Reviews** section, sorted by that particular tag. - **Rating** - the average rating of reviews containing this tag. - **Reviews total** - the total number of reviews with this tag. - **Replied reviews** - the number of reviews with responses marked with this tag. - **Response time** - the average response time to reviews with this tag, in minutes. - **Trends** - the change in the number of reviews with this tag each day over the last three months. - On the x-axis, days within the period are shown. - On the y-axis, the number of reviews with a specific tag for the corresponding day. - **Sentiment** - the proportion of positive, negative, neutral, or undefined reviews with this tag.   ![](https://roketdata.helpdeskeddy.com/ru/file/kb_inline_image/8d895dd2e4080775f7faef7db7835978b3d27140)   ---   ### **How to download a report on user tags?**   To export the statistics on custom tags in .pdf or .xlsx format, click on the **Download Report** button.   ![](https://roketdata.helpdeskeddy.com/ru/file/kb_inline_image/d6a2767a7cac8367677719be9f4604b27d379eef)   A window will open, allowing you to select the report format: - PDF. - Excel. If necessary, you can change the name of the exported file or leave the default name.
