      User tags

      In this article, you will learn the following information:

      User tags are tags that you create yourself in your personal account. You can learn more about this here
      .

      To access the section for analyzing custom tags, in the menu, click on Review Analysis and select Keywords and Topics.

       

       

      Then, click on the User tags section.

       

       

       

      How to filter statistics by user tags?

       

      All analytics on the page are provided depending on the period set in the calendar:

      • You can select standard periods: day, week, 30 days, month, quarter.
      • You can set a custom period by selecting dates in the calendar.

      Attention! The analytics provide data excluding the current and previous days. This approach allows for more accurate analysis and comparison of data based on stable and established indicators, excluding the influence of recent changes.

       

       

      You can also choose a catalog to view analytics for custom tags.

      List of user tags

       

      This block presents statistics of reviews by custom tags. The list displays the following fields:

      • User Tag - the name of the tag you created.
      • Rate - the average rating of reviews containing this tag.
      • Reviews total - the total number of reviews with this tag.
      • Replied reviews - the number of reviews with responses marked with this tag.
      • Response delay - the average response time to reviews with this tag, in minutes.
      • Dynamics - the change in the number of reviews with this tag each day over the last three months.
        • On the x-axis, days within the period are shown.
        • On the y-axis, the number of reviews with a specific tag for the corresponding day.
      • Sentiment - the proportion of positive, negative, neutral, or undefined reviews with this tag.

       

       

       

      How to download a report on user tags?

       

      To export the statistics on custom tags in .pdf or .xlsx format, click on the Download Report button.

       

       

      A window will open, allowing you to select the report format:

      • PDF.
      • Excel.

      If necessary, you can change the name of the exported file or leave the default name. Then, click Download.

      Attention! The selected filters will be applied to reviews during the export.
