Terms for updating/adding Information to catalogs

Important! The deadlines listed below apply only to confirmed companies and only if we send correct data that matches reality and the information on the website.

Confirmation is required for Yandex and Google catalogs. You can find out how to pass the confirmation here and here.

If the company is not confirmed, you can clarify the updated information deadlines with the manager.

If the map in the source is not rendered, a request must be sent to the catalog to render buildings. There are no specific rendering deadlines; however:

In 2GIS (URBI), data added before the 25th of the current month will be updated on the maps from the 1st to the 5th of the next month; if data is added after the 25th, it will be updated from the 1st to the 5th of the second month after the current one.
Google and Yandex do not specify review times for outdated data inquiries on their maps.

Yandex	Based on our observations, information is published on Yandex within 2-3 days. The catalog states a deadline of up to 10 days (except in cases requiring technical support).
2GIS (URBI)	Our observations show information appears on the maps within 3 days. The 2ГИС app is updated on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The web version is updated within three working days. The desktop version is updated at the beginning of each month (from the 1st to the 5th).
Google	Information is published within 1 day, provided the listing is confirmed.
OSM	Information is updated within up to 3 months (depending on the country—some countries may take longer).

Attention! Different deadlines apply for photos:

Yandex: 2-3 days.
2GIS (URBI): 4-5 days.
Google: 1 day.
