How to create a response template can be found [here](https://help.brandwizard.io/knowledge/how-to-create-a-template?hsLang=en). You can add a response template using the reply template selection button or by typing "/". To reply using "/", you need to enter it in the reply field, then select the desired template from the dropdown list. **Attention!** It is not possible to reply to reviews on 2GIS without text! The list will display only those templates that meet the requirements of the catalog to which the response is given.
