How to respond to a review using response templates?

How to create a response template can be found here. To respond to a review using a template, you need to click on Reply.

Attention! It is not possible to reply to reviews on 2GIS without text!

You can add a response template using the reply template selection button or by typing "/".

To reply using "/", you need to enter it in the reply field, then select the desired template from the dropdown list.

You can also click on the Reply Template button.

In the window that opens, choose templates from the list and click on Apply. Templates can be found by name and filtered by groups.

If you need to see the review text when selecting a template, you can drag the window. To do this, hover over it with the mouse cursor, press and hold the left button, then move it to where you need it.

If you need to modify or create a new template, click on Template settings. More information about this can be read here. When you return to the selection window after modifying/creating a template, click on Update template list for it to appear in the list.

As soon as you have chosen a response, click Reply.
