On the reviews page, you can respond using the neural network.

Features of the neural network's operation
The neural network formulates and offers a response to a review based on the following rules:
- The response is generated in the language in which the review was left. An exception is when multiple languages are used in the review; in that case, the response may be generated in English.
- You can respond using the neural network to reviews from all catalogs that have the Reply button available. Responses can also be generated for 2GIS (URBI) reviews marked as The review has not been confirmed..
- For reviews without text, responses using the neural network will not be generated!
- If the review was left more than 30 days ago from today's date, it will not be possible to generate a response from the neural network!
- If you have auto-responses enabled, they will take precedence over the neural network's responses (i.e., the neural network's response will not be generated in this case).
- If test auto-response rules are enabled, responses using the neural network will also be available. You can choose either the auto-response suggestion or generate a response from the neural network.
How to respond to a review using the neural network?
The generation of responses by the neural network is integrated into the standard review management process. To respond to a review using the neural network:

Click on Reply.

In the opened block, click on the Generate Response button.

A suggested response will be generated for you. You can then:
- Make adjustments to the response.
- If the response is unsatisfactory, regenerate it by clicking the Regenerate Response button.
To publish the response, click on the Reply button.
How to get a free trial period?
For clients who do not have the functionality enabled, an informational window is available on the Reviews page offering to connect a trial period (14 days).
To connect, click on the Activate for free button, and then click on the Connect button.
How to connect a license for "responses to reviews with the neural network"?
You can submit a request to connect the neural network response functionality in two ways:
- Through the Tariffs and limits section. More details can be found here.
- Through the interface of the Reviews section.
If the neural network response functionality is not connected, the Generate response button will be inactive. When hovering the mouse over the button, a window will appear offering to connect the service. Click the Connect button, and then in the opened window, click the Activate button.
