# How to read the SLA report?

Go to **Reports → SLA**. The top of the report shows these metrics:

- **Hit Rate** - the percentage of SLAs met out of the total number created.
- **Number of Misses** - the total number of SLA breaches for the selected period.
- **Number of conversations** - the total number of conversations with an SLA.

Below them is a table listing each conversation, its SLA policy, and the agent. Click **View details** to open the conversation.

### **How to filter the report?**

 

To filter the report, click **Add filter** and choose a filter type: **SLA name, Agent name, Source name, Tag name**, or **Team name**.

### **How to download the report in .csv format?**

 

To export the report, click **Download SLA reports**.
