# How to make a proper description of your business?

A proper business description is very important for each company. It will be scanned by search engines and directories to determine whether your company’s profile refers to search terms requested by customers. A detailed description allows a potential client to find specifically your company in this particular place.

 

The client wants to see a full and accurate description that will convince him: your company is exactly what they are looking for.

- Include in the description not only the specific field of activity, but all areas that you serve. This will help make your advertisement more accessible when searching within your location.
- Do not just list keywords, but include them in simple sentences, because some websites treat individual words as “spam” and may not show a description.
- Do not include links to websites or phone numbers in your description. Some websites have restrictions on this kind of content in the description field. The best way is to describe your business in a single paragraph with complete and clearly formulated sentences.
