How to enable dark mode in the online chat widget?

Modern websites allow users to switch between light and dark modes. Therefore, it is important that the online chat works with both themes.

To enable dark mode in the Multichat widget, use the darkMode parameter together with the Multichat website settings.

The darkMode parameter supports two values:

• light — enables only light mode. This is the default value.
• auto — enables dark mode depending on the operating system settings.

For configuration, you need to add the following setting to the website channel script that you copied and inserted into your site when creating the source:
