[Photo & Video](https://help.brandwizard.io/knowledge/photo-video?hsLang=en) # How to complain about a photo and video? **Attention!** - If an error occurred during the sending or a complaint was rejected by the catalog, you may send it once again. - If the company is not confirmed in Yandex, the photo/video from that catalog cannot be deleted, but a complaint can be submitted. You can find out how to verify a company/network in Yandex [here](https://help.brandwizard.io/knowledge/how-to-set-up-a-company-binding-to-yandex?hsLang=en). If the company has successfully been confirmed but the photo has not been removed after the complaint, the system will automatically send a repeated removal request instead of a new complaint. > Please note that Google does not always display all photos in your location’s listing. We collect all images from the catalog related to your company, which means there may be situations where you submit a complaint about a specific photo in your account, and it is rejected, yet the photo is still not present in your company’s listing. In such cases, the image remains in the user’s profile with your location marked. Additionally, hidden photos can sometimes appear in your company's gallery. Unfortunately, these are limitations of how Google operates, and we are unable to influence this process. To submit a complaint, hover your mouse over the photo or video and click on the **exclamation mark** icon in the pop-up window.   ![](https://roketdata.helpdeskeddy.com/ru/file/kb_inline_image/84f85c0244d7b0b3886fe3f014d7316b37a178ce)   You can also send a complaint directly from the detailed view of the photo or video.
