How to complain about a photo and video?

  • If an error occurred during the sending or a complaint was rejected by the catalog, you may send it once again.
  • If the company is not confirmed in Yandex, the photo/video from that catalog cannot be deleted, but a complaint can be submitted. You can find out how to verify a company/network in Yandex here. If the company has successfully been confirmed but the photo has not been removed after the complaint, the system will automatically send a repeated removal request instead of a new complaint.

To submit a complaint, hover your mouse over the photo or video and click on the exclamation mark icon in the pop-up window.

 

You can also send a complaint directly from the detailed view of the photo or video. To do this, click on the desired photo or video, and on the opened page, click Report.

 


 

To submit a complaint in bulk, click on Select.

 

 

Then choose the photos/videos you need and click on the Report button. You can also select all media using the button that is displayed at the bottom of the screen.

 

 

After clicking the Report button, a Report window will open, where you can choose the complaint category and click Send.

 

 

When you click on Specify another reason, a field will appear where you need to enter the text of the complaint. The number of characters should not exceed 500.
