Attention!
- Deleting a photo/video from your personal account, if it has already been deleted from the catalog, is not currently supported.
- If an error occurred during the sending or a complaint was rejected by the catalog, you may send it once again.
There are 4 ways to complain about a photo/video:
a) Hover the cursor over the photo/video and click on the exclamation mark icon in the pop-up window.
b) Hover the cursor over the photo/video and click on the checkbox icon in the pop-up window. Then click on the Report button that appears.
c) Click on the photo/video you need and then click on Report on the Photo Info/Video Info page that opens.

d) This method allows you to complain about several photos/videos at a time. To do that click on Select.
Then choose the photos/videos you need and click on the Report button. You can also select all media using the button that is displayed at the bottom of the screen.
In the Report window that opens, select the complaint category and click Send.
When you click on Specify another reason, a field will appear where you need to enter the text of the complaint. The number of characters should not exceed 500.
