Filters in the Statistics section let you flexibly adjust the sample of reviews used for analytics: charts, metric blocks, and exports. This helps you get relevant statistics – for example, excluding reviews from app stores that might distort employee SLA for handling reviews on maps and directories.
To filter the data, click the Filters icon in the upper‑right corner of the page. A filter drawer will open on the right side.
Selected filters apply to all statistics blocks on the page.
Please note: The data display period is still set using the calendar on the page (week, 30 days, month, quarter, or custom period). The filters in the drawer specify which reviews will be included in the calculation for the selected period.

How to filter statistics by source?
This filter lets you build statistics only for reviews from selected directories (sources) – similar to the filters in the Reviews and Reputation Analytics sections.
Click the Source field and select one or more desired directories from the dropdown list, then click OK. Then click Apply.
After applying, only reviews from the selected platforms will be included in the statistics. This is useful if you need to track SLA and metrics for individual sources (for example, only maps and directories, excluding app stores).

How to filter statistics by rating?
To view statistics for reviews with a specific rating, click the Rating field and select the desired star ratings from the dropdown (you can select multiple).
After clicking Apply, the blocks New reviews & ratings, Ratings by day, and other metrics will be recalculated based on the selected stars.
How to filter statistics by sentiment?
To view statistics for reviews with a specific sentiment, click the Tonality field and select positive, undefined, neutral, or negative reviews from the dropdown. You can select multiple options at once.
After clicking Apply, all statistics blocks will be recalculated only for reviews with the selected sentiment.
How to filter statistics by review content?
In the Reviews text field, you can filter data by reviews that have text or not:
- If you need statistics for reviews with text – select the corresponding option.
- If you need statistics for reviews without text – select the corresponding option.
Then click Apply.
How to filter statistics by review replies?
In the Replies field, you can filter data by reviews that have a reply or not:
- With reply – reviews with an official reply will be included.
- Without reply – reviews without an official reply will be included.
Note: If a reply was made in the personal account but has not yet been published on the platform, such a review is counted as Without reply. As soon as the reply appears in the directory, the review will be included under the With reply filter.
How to filter statistics by reply availability?
- If you need statistics only for reviews that can be replied to, select Yes in the Can reply field.
- If you need statistics for reviews that cannot be replied to, select No.
After selecting, click Apply.
How to filter statistics by review type?
In the Review type field, you can choose which reviews to base the statistics on: those left only for the brand or for the company (location).
This helps to separately analyze brand reputation and reviews for specific locations.
How to include deleted reviews in statistics?
By default, deleted reviews are not included in the statistics (the filter value is No).
If you want to include deleted reviews in the calculations, change the Include deleted filter to Yes and click Apply.
How to reset filters?
To reset the selected parameters, use the reset filters option in the drawer (if available) or clear the selected values and click Apply again.
How to download a report with the applied filters?
Select the desired filters and, if necessary, set the time period on the page. Click Download data (for PDF report) or Download data xlsx.
The downloaded PDF report will display the applied filters – so you can see which review sample the report is based on.
