How to receive notifications by Email?
To select notifications that will be sent to your Email, you need to check the box next to one of the categories:

Product news.

New reviews.
Attention! If the reviews are older than 3 days from the moment they were created in the catalog, notifications for them will not be sent! -
Changing reviews.

New questions/answers.

Weekly analytics summary (the letters come every Monday and show the compared analytical data for the latest two weeks (i.e. the first week data is compared to the second week data)).

New photos in cards for the week.
How to set up notifications about new reviews?
To receive new reviews:

In the Email for the new notifications field (comma separated list), enter the Email address to which notifications about new reviews will be sent.

Click on the Frequency of the new reviews field and select the desired option from the drop-down list.
How to set up filtering of reviews?
- If you need to receive notifications about reviews from a specific catalog, click the field Feedback source and enter the necessary service or choose it from the drop-down list (you can choose from the catalogs available in this list only).
- If you leave the field blank, you will receive notifications about reviews from all sources available in the drop-down list of this field.
To receive notifications about reviews with specific rating, click the field Rating and choose the necessary variant from the drop-down list.
If you need the reviews with or without the text only, click the field Content of reviews and choose the necessary variant from the drop-down list.
After filling in the required fields, click on the Save Settings button.
