      Email notifications

      In this article, you will get acquainted with the following information:

      In this section, you can configure automatic email notifications about new reviews. This will allow you to receive timely updates, respond quickly, and analyze feedback effectively.

      To access this section, go to the menu, click on Settings, and select Notifications.

       

       

      The Email Notifications section will be displayed immediately on the page.

       

       

       

      What notifications would you like to receive via email?

       


      You can choose which notifications you'd like to receive:

      • Product news.
      • New reviews.
        Attention!         If the reviews are older than 3 days from the moment they were created in the catalog, notifications for them will not be sent! 
      • Changing reviews.
      • New questions/answers.
      • Weekly analytics summary (the letters come every Monday and show the compared analytical data for the latest two weeks (i.e. the first week data is compared to the second week data)).
      • New photos in cards for the week.
      • Notify about the rating drop of the company profile.
      Attention! If you do not have access to the Online Presence and/or Photo tool functionality, it will be impossible to enable notifications with a summary of analytics and/or new photos in cards for the week.
       

       

       

      Email Notification Settings

       

      In the field Email for the new reviews (comma separated list), specify the email addresses to which notifications about new reviews should be sent.

      In the next field, select the desired notification frequency: 1 per hour or 1 per day.


       

       

      Review Filter Settings

       

      You can set filters for the reviews about which you wish to receive notifications:

      • Feedback Source: Choose from the list of catalogs you're interested in (only those displayed in the list can be selected). Notifications will be sent only for new reviews from the selected sources. If the field is left empty, notifications will be received about new reviews from all available sources.
      • Rating: Specify the review ratings for which you want to receive notifications.
      • Content of Reviews: Choose whether to receive notifications with or without review text.

       

       

      After filling in the necessary fields, click Save Settings.
