This will allow you to receive timely updates, respond quickly, and analyze feedback effectively. You can receive notifications when a new person is assigned. For more information about changing the person responsible, please click [here](https://help.brandwizard.io/knowledge/reviews?hsLang=en). - **Weekly analytics summary** (the letters come every Monday and show the compared analytical data for the latest two weeks (i.e. the first week data is compared to the second week data)). - **New photos in cards for the week.** - **Duplicates & Fakes.** New duplicates and fakes of your company have been found. - **Notify about the rating drop of the company profile.** This feature is available for Google Maps, Yandex Maps, and 2GIS catalogs. Every day, you will receive an email with a list of companies whose rating has dropped over the past 24 hours. In the next field, select the desired notification frequency: **1 per hour** or **1 per day**. ![](https://roketdata.helpdeskeddy.com/ru/file/kb_inline_image/1f214c7997548f187d6fc2cfecefdc4632e6c6db)   ---   ### **Review Filter Settings**   You can set filters for the reviews about which you wish to receive notifications: - **Feedback Source**: Choose from the list of catalogs you're interested in (only those displayed in the list can be selected). Notifications will be sent only for new reviews from the selected sources.
