-
Descending.
-
Empty - only empty fields will be displayed.

When you click on the Standard Filter, a window will open in which you need to set the necessary values for filtering.

In this window, you need to select the values in the columns.
In the Operation column, the value AND/OR is selected:
-
If you select the OR value, then all filters will be executed separately. That is, one condition will not affect the other, and as a result, those data that do not fit, for instance, the first condition, but completely fit the second, can be shown.
-
If you select the AND value, then the selected filters in the remaining columns and fields will be summed up. That is, if two conditions are selected, then only the data that fits both the first condition and the second will be displayed as a result. This will be shown in more detail in the example below.
In the Field Name column, you must select the name of the table field by which you want to filter.
In the Condition column, you must select the rule depending on which the field will be sorted.
In the Value column, you must select the content of this field to which the condition will be applied.
Example: Filtering the uploading of reviews by brand and city. In the Operation field, select the AND value, in the Field Name field, select the City and Brand values, in the conditions, select =, in the values - Bucharest and Brand Name, respectively. Then click on OK.

The report will display data sorted by the selected brand and by the city of Bucharest.

Example: In the Operation field, select the OR, in the Field Name field, select the City and Rating values, in the conditions, select = , in the values - Bucharest and 3, respectively. Then click on OK.

The report will display data sorted by the city of Bucharest and by rating with a value of 3. In this case, the City field indicates other cities besides Bucharest, in which there are companies with reviews with a value of 3. While in the Rating field, in addition to the value 3, others are also indicated, since reviews with other ratings have been left in relation to the companies in Bucharest.

Next, in the main drop-down filter there is a Search for Items field and a list with all the values that are in this column, in this case the Date.
If you need to sort by the content of the field, you can enter the necessary data in the Search for Items field or check the box next to the desired value in the list below.
By default, the boxes on all the data will be checked.

To select only one value, you need to click on the selected field content, and not the checkbox. Then click on the checkbox icon.
