Contacts

In this article, you will learn the following information:

The Contacts section serves as a database of your clients, with whom you've interacted through Multichat. You can also manually upload contacts.

To access this section, click on Contacts in the left menu of your control panel.

Click on the three dots and select Add Contact.

A window will appear where you can fill in the contact information. Click Save Contact.

Click on the three dots and select Import Contacts.

Choose the CSV file from your computer to upload it to the Multichat database. Click Import.

You can download a sample file in this window.

You can export all your contacts in .csv format. To do this, click on the three dots and select Export Contacts.

Then click Export.
