Connected feeds

To view information about the already uploaded feeds, click on Connected feeds in the top right corner of the page. 

The Feed Management page will open, which will show: 

  • A link to information about the feed. 
  • Brands with feeds uploaded. 
  • Feed type (the name will be displayed when hovering over the icon in the column):  
    • BrandWizard JSON. 
    • BrandWizard CSV.  
      CSV 
      is a format that allows data to be presented in a text form in a spreadsheet.
  • Feed update date. 
  • Status:
    • Active - the feed is uploaded and there are no errors.
    • Error - there are errors in the feed.
    • Loading - the feed is being loaded or updated.
    • N/A - there is no data, an error occurred while loading the feed.
    • Undefined - is set in cases not covered by the above statuses.
  • The number of errors in the feed. 
  • A link to the feed.

Attention! If your feed contained data for multiple brands, the corresponding field will indicate their number. When you hover the mouse over this field, a window with their names will be displayed.

You can sort the list of feeds:

  • By brand. To do this, click on the filter icon in this field, select the desired option from the drop-down list, and click Ok.
  • By status. To do this, click on the filter icon in this field, select the desired option from the drop-down list, and click Ok.

To enable a feed, i.e. start uploading and updating data, click on the slider in the field of the desired feed. 

To view information about the feed, click on the field Feed with data. 

A window with data about the feed will open on the right side of the page. At the beginning, the following will be displayed: 

  • A link to the feed. 
  • Data format (feed type). 
  • Update (feed on or off). 
  • Status.

Next, information about the last import is displayed: 

  • Date and time. 
  • The number of imported companies. 
  • The number of new companies. 
  • The number of updated companies. 
  • The number of companies without changes. 
  • The number of companies without errors. 
  • The number of companies with errors. 
  • The number of companies with critical errors. 
  • The number of duplicate companies. 
  • A link to download errors in CSV. 
    Attention!
    If there are too many errors in the export, the file will be split into parts. Several emails with data will be sent to your email.

The number and name of the brands with the feed uploaded will also be displayed.

To delete a feed, click on the corresponding button in the top right corner of the window. 

To return to the feed upload page, click on Import.
