Comparison of the reviews analysis with another time period

Comparing the review analysis with another time period, you can understand:
- How many reviews came in the first period, and how many in the second?
- For what period are the indicators better?

How to view and compare data?
After setting up the Compare with Period filter, in the Reviews Analysis page header you will be able to view a table with indicators for two different periods.
The Difference column shows the difference of each indicator for the first and second periods:
- Red color marks the difference which shows that the indicator for the first period is worse than the indicator for the second.
- Green means that the indicator for the first period is better than the indicator for the second.
Metrics:
- Total number of reviews - the number of reviews in BrandWizard for the selected period.
- Reported - the number of complaints submitted regarding reviews during the selected period.
- Edited by users - the number of reviews that were changed by users during the selected period.
- With answer - the number of reviews with a reply during the selected period.
- Response delay - the average time taken to respond to reviews from the BrandWizard Personal Account during the selected period. Attention! If there are no responses to reviews through the BrandWizard personal account, the data will not be displayed in the Response delay field. Instead, a dash will be shown.
- Removed by users - the number of reviews that were deleted during the selected period.
- Average rating - the average rating of reviews in BrandWizard for the selected period. Attention! Deleted reviews are not included in the calculation.
