      Comparison of the reviews analysis with another time period

      Contents:

      Comparing the review analysis with another time period, you can understand:

      • How many reviews came in the first period, and how many in the second?
      • For what period are the indicators better?
      • What indicators do you need to work on to improve the company's rating?
      • What did users talk about in reviews in different time periods?
      • Which employees responded best to reviews in the first and second time periods?
      • Which words were more common in reviews for different periods of time?
      • On which topics did the reviews write more in the first period, and on which in the second?

      How to set up comparison of the reviews analysis with another time period?


      You can set up comparison with another time period in the Filters window.

      Main indicators


      After setting up the Compare with Period filter, in the Reviews Analysis page header you will be able to view a table with indicators for two different periods. 


      The Difference column shows the difference of each indicator for the first and second periods:

      • Red color marks the difference which shows that the indicator for the first period is worse than the indicator for the second.

      • Green means that the indicator for the first period is better than the indicator for the second.



      Distribution of reviews by country and region

       

      This section presents maps of countries and regions to compare the two periods.

      Content of reviews

      In this section you can see diagrams for two periods with the following information:

      1. The number and proportion of reviews with text (displayed in dark color)

      2. The number of reviews without text (displayed in light color)

      Sentiment distribution

      This section presents charts showing the sentiment of reviews for two different periods.

      Distribution of reviews by time and sentiment for the selected period

       

      This section presents a graph comparing the number of reviews in the first and second periods.

      This section presents two tables where you can see the top 5 employees who respond to reviews for the first and second period, respectively.

      This section presents two tables where you can see which topics are covered in the reviews for the first and second periods, respectively.
