In this section, you can configure automatic email notifications about new reviews. This will allow you to receive timely updates, respond quickly, and analyze feedback effectively.
To access this section, go to the menu, click on Settings, and select Notifications.

Connecting Notifications in the Browser
You can set up notifications for new reviews and messages in the Communication section of your personal account. To do this, simply select the desired options on the page.
Attention! If reviews are older than 3 days from their creation date in the catalog, notifications about them will not be sent!

How to set up notification timing?
To adjust the notification timing, click on the Time period field. Then select the desired time from the dropdown list.
How to configure review filtering?
You can set filters for the reviews about which you wish to receive notifications:
- Feedback Source: Choose from the list of catalogs you're interested in (only those displayed in the list can be selected). Notifications will be sent only for new reviews from the selected sources. If the field is left empty, notifications will be received about new reviews from all available sources.
- Rating: Specify the review ratings for which you want to receive notifications.
- Content of Reviews: Choose whether to receive notifications with or without review text.
