To receive notifications about new reviews in the browser, you need to check the box next to New reviews.
Attention! If the reviews are older than 3 days from the moment they were created in the catalog, notifications for them will not be sent!
To receive notifications about new messages from the Communication section, check the box for New messages from communication.
You need to allow go.brandwizard.io to send notifications in the browser.
How to set up the time for receiving notifications?
To set up the time for receiving notifications, click on the Time Period field. Then select the desired time from the drop-down list.
How to set up filtering of reviews?
To select the source of reviews, click on the Feedback Source field and enter the necessary source or select it from the drop-down list.
To filter by rating, click on the Rating field and choose the option you need from the drop-down list.
To filter reviews by content, click on the Content of Reviews field and choose the necessary option from the drop-down list.
After filling in the required fields, click on the Save Settings button.
