Analytics of online presence by location

To open this page, click on Online presence in the menu, then select Location Analytics.

Attention! By default, the data is presented for the last 30 available days. Analytics for directories become available after 5 days. So if today is 16.02, the latest available data will be for 11.02. More information about filters can be found here. This section presents a table with performance analytics for each company and directory.

You can view the following data:

  • Card impressions.
  • Conversion (%) is the percentage of targeted actions to displays.
  • Calls.
  • Website visits.
  • Routes.
  • Others. In this field:
    • For the Google directory, it shows the number of messages/bookings/food orders/clicks to view or interact with menu content obtained in the business profile. Multiple clicks by a unique user within one day are counted as one action.
    • For the 2GIS directory, it shows gallery opening events and transitions to social networks.
