Agents

An agent is a member of your team who communicates with clients via Multichat. Agents can view and respond to messages from your users.

To see the list of your agents, go to Settings → Agents. This section displays your employees who have access to the BrandWizard personal account. To add a new employee, navigate to the Users section of your personal account. More details about the connection process can be found here.
